Twitter exploded when word got out that MVEMNT would be offering buy now and pay later via Affirm for event tickets and VIP table service.

This payment option is perfect for consumers looking to plan a celebration, i.e., birthdays, graduations, bachelorette/bachelor parties, NYE &, etc.

Many consumers will get to choose from APRs as low as 0% for these purchases.

Affirm reports loan and payment activity to credit bureaus, allowing customers the opportunity to build their credit history as they repay their Affirm loan(s).

Unlike credit cards that report your credit usage percentage to the credit bureaus, affirm doesn’t report a credit usage percentage, only the loan amount and on time and late payments.

As usual, all things credit-related should be used with caution and within your personal financial bandwidth.
