Black Money Magic: 4 Grants For Black Businesses

1. Glossier’s Grant Program For Black-Owned Beauty Businesses

Does your business produce or sells beauty products, including cosmetics, products, or tools for the face, body, or hair? You can apply for Glossier’s Grant Program later this year to receive $50,000 for your business, plus six months of access to expert advice and business support! 

2. Black Founder Startup Grant 

SoGal created this grant to help Black women receive funding. Black women or Black nonbinary individuals are encouraged to apply for this grant to receive a $5,000 or $10,000 award plus tactical and lifetime help to further their business. Their application is rolling admission, so apply today! 

3. Business For All Grants

Business for all encourages Black business owners to apply to win up to $50,000. In addition to a cash reward, business owners will be given mentorships to help their business stay on track. To apply, you just need to be over 18 and own a for-profit legalized company in the U.S.

4. Coalition to Back Black Businesses

To combat the adverse economic effects of COVID-19, the Coalition to Back Black Business grant provides long-time support and $5,000 grants to business owners. You must employ 3-20 people and be financially affected by the pandemic. Applications open September 2021.
